Light wheat with hints of sourdough. We make our rustic looking loaf with the perfect Artisan blend of unbleached white and whole-wheat flours, for a light, wheat yet slightly sourdough taste.
Unit Weight: 12 oz
Handling:
1. Thawing bread before baking is recommended
2. Preheat oven to 375
3. Remove bread from package and place directly onto oven rack or pan.
Batard Bake time: 12-16 minutes
Oven times may vary. Increase baking time by 5-8 minutes if bread is frozen. If not enjoyed the same day as purchased, bread should be frozen.
