Light, crispy and slightly cheesy. We make our sourdough batard with coarsely chopped whole cloves of garlic, give it a thick, crispy crust and top it off with the nutty flavor of aged Asiago cheese.

Handling:
1. Thawing bread before baking is recommended
2. Preheat oven to 375
3. Remove bread from package and place directly onto oven rack or pan.
Batard Bake time: 12-16 minutes
Oven times may vary. Increase baking time by 5-8 minutes if bread is frozen. If not enjoyed the same day as purchased, bread should be frozen.
